During the retreat, we will engage in various activities such as Qi Gong sessions, meditation circles, rituals, breath work and active sessions focused on embodying sound in all 5 Levels of consciousness, exploring the 5 elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether; infused with Pure Vibration and Light.

Our experienced facilitators Annie and Anita will guide you through powerful exercises designed to release unwanted energy, awaken your intuition, re - pattern and enliven your body, and ignite your creative energy.
